Feasibility Studies
Market analysis, demand assessment, and financial projections for proposed projects and developments.
What We Do
We help clients determine whether a proposed project will work before they commit capital. Our feasibility studies combine market research, demand analysis, competitive assessment, and financial modeling to answer the fundamental question: will this project perform as projected?
Every feasibility study is built on real-world data. We gather information on comparable projects, interview stakeholders, analyze demographic and economic trends, and stress-test assumptions across multiple scenarios. The result is an independent assessment that decision-makers can rely on.
Our Approach
We start by understanding what the project needs to achieve to be considered successful—whether that's operational self-sufficiency, debt service coverage, job creation, or return on investment. From there, we work backward to identify the assumptions that must hold for success, and then we test each one.
Our deliverables include best-case, expected-case, and worst-case scenarios with explicit assumptions documented throughout. We identify the variables that matter most and quantify the thresholds at which conclusions change. Decision-makers see not just what we project, but why—and what would have to be different for the answer to change.
Applications
Our feasibility work spans sectors: sports and recreation facilities, mixed-use developments, public infrastructure, community centers, commercial real estate, and nonprofit capital projects. We've supported projects ranging from early-stage concept evaluation to detailed pre-development analysis for projects seeking financing.
